Collection: Holiday Order Solicitation

• Order Window: Pre-order solicitation is open from  August 2nd, 2026 at 6:00 AM CT, to August 16th, 2026, 11:59 PM CT (2 Weeks) 
• Order Finalization: At the end of the 14-day solicitation window, all sales are final, and deposits may be nonrefundable.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed within 7 days of order placement. After August 16th, 2026, orders cannot be canceled. For questions or cancellations, email sales@zioncases.com and cc: tech@zioncases.com 
• Partial Payment : Customers can choose the partial payment option, allowing them to pay a portion of the total amount in advance and the remaining balance at the time of shipping.
• Product Availability: Pre-order products are available only during the solicitation window. Regular stock items remain available on the Zion Cases Wholesale Website. Look for more information regarding active accounts and exclusive products, packages and more.
• Delivery: Expected in End of October/Early November (or sooner if available). Vendors will receive tracking and packing lists via Shopify. Some items like Binders and MagPro can be delivered within a few days of placing your orders.
• Digital Content: A marketing graphic with product details (images, descriptions, SKUs) will be emailed to wholesale customers, linking to the pre-order section of the website. (click here to download the PDF copy)
