Shipping Warranty Policy

Zion Wholesale provides a 1-year and 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects on products purchased at full MRP from their store or authorized dealers. This warranty is only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Customers can initiate a claim by filling out a warranty claim form and providing purchase details. Zion Wholesale may offer a replacement product or a product of equivalent value if the original is unavailable. The warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

Coverage:

The Zion Wholesale warranty specifically covers manufacturing or workmanship defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Rips, tears, cuts, punctures.
  
• Burns, abrasions.
  
• Accidental damage, crashes.
  
• Improper care, negligence.
  
• Normal wear and tear.
  
• Damages from prolonged exposure to light or heat.
  
• Modifications, alterations, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
  
• Acts of nature (e.g., natural disasters).
  
• Claim Process:
  
• Customers can initiate a claim by filling out the Warranty Claims form on the Zion Wholesale website.
  
• Providing photos of the issue and the purchase invoice is required.
  
• Customers can also contact their purchasing Zion Wholesale Authorized dealer for assistance with the claim.
  
• Resolution:
  

Zion Wholesale may offer a replacement product or a product of equivalent value if the original is unavailable.

Exclusions from Coverage:

The warranty does not cover damage to personal property, user, or third parties caused by the product's defect. 
Zion Wholesale Return Policy:

• Zion Wholesale offers a return policy for unworn, unused items within four (4) working days.
  
• The customer is responsible for return freight charges, including duty and tax.
  
• Instead of refunds, Zion Wholesale allows for product exchanges within the same timeframe
